Permanent contract | part-time 14.8 hours, 2 days per week | £9,916 to £10,073 per annum (Grade D) | King’s Lynn Practice Coordinator (Reception) We are looking for a highly focused, organised and resourceful Practice Coordinator to work on our Reception Desk and provide administrative support to our team of Social Workers in Family Help and High Needs Teams. This role will be based at Priory House in King’s Lynn, welcoming clients, families, professionals, and contractors. Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in an office/reception environment, but if you are flexible and looking for a challenge, we would love to hear from you. Below are some of the skills we are looking for and you should be able to demonstrate: Excellent keyboard and ICT skills, including Excel, Word, and Databases Experience of organising and minuting meetings Ability to process invoices and other finance-related tasks Excellent customer service and communication skills, a good telephone manner Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload Team working Ability to work to tight deadlines Cultural awareness Professional conduct and ability to manage sensitive information Friendly and approachable Effective business support is a vital element to the success of Children’s Services.
