As the Practice Director, you will play a vital role in the development and management of our practice. You will collaborate closely with our clinical teams and Clinical Lead to drive business growth, manage finances, and oversee marketing and HR activities. Your responsibilities will also include leading and inspiring our team, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring that we deliver excellence in everything we do. You will work closely with the Area Director to maintain and enhance practice standards while managing the financial aspects of the practice, fully supported by our ops team. Your role will involve overseeing recruitment processes with the support of our Talent Team, managing staff schedules, holiday planning, and absences, and handling employee relations in collaboration with our people support team. You will conduct 1-2-1 meetings and annual reviews to support staff development, ensure the practice is well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations, oversee debt management, and ensure financial stability. What you'll bring to our practice

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and results-driven leader with at least five years of management experience, preferably within a commercial or service-driven environment. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success, strong people skills, and the ability to motivate and influence others. A degree is preferred but not essential. What is essential is your passion, resilience, and ability to stay positive and focused, even in challenging situations. Excellent leadership and management skills. Strong financial acumen and business development experience. The ability to collaborate effectively while challenging the status quo. This is a full-time 40hr/week position, offering a schedule with flexibility. You will have the autonomy to manage your own working pattern, ensuring you are present during key times across both our Market Drayton and Newport sites.
