Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Are you a proactive and well-organised individual with a keen eye for detail? Are you approachable with excellent people management skills? This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in a management/leadership role, with good communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid financial understanding and the ability to think strategically for the future of the business. The role would be suitable for an experienced Practice Manager or RVN working in a leadership position. Additional leadership qualifications are advantageous. This role will have overall responsibility for Sandhole as a business unit, with support from the Lead Vet, Clinical Nursing Manager, and Client Care Manager. Supporting and overseeing the day-to-day management of the practice. Responsibility of P&L and communication of successes and areas of opportunity to stakeholders. Facilitating the delivery of developmental projects. Strategy planning to deliver financial targets and business objectives. Supporting and coaching teams, whilst actively promoting a positive working environment. Leading and facilitating a culture of respect, collaboration, and engagement in the practice. Acting as a key link between the practice and Central Support teams including Finance and HR Business Partners. HR responsibilities. Health and Safety responsibilities. Sandhole Vets is a single site, established practice with a fantastic team. The practice is purpose-built and has excellent facilities, supported by a fully staffed vet, nurse, and CCA team.
