The purpose of the role is to: Maximise the number of learners who can be supported within clinical placement learning environments. Enhance and develop the learners experience of the practice learning environment in conjunction with the rest of the multidisciplinary CPL team. Support and develop the number of practice assessors and practice supervisors within the practice learning environment to meet the learners educational and learning needs. Support practice learning areas to meet and maintain professional body standards for support and assessment of practice learning. Provide leadership through supporting, enabling, and empowering the Learning Environment Managers (LEMs), preceptors, supervisors, and assessors in their roles. Facilitate inter-professional learning in practice at point of care. Support learners and staff to enable learners to meet assessment requirements stated by the NMC and our HEI partners for student progression. About us
