Week commencing 6 January 2025 Job Description: The British Dental Association is looking for a Practice Management Consultant to provide support in employment and associateships. The role involves advising dental practices on management issues, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on practice management and operational efficiency. Assist practices in understanding and implementing regulations. Conduct training sessions for dental staff. Support practices in employment matters and associateship agreements. Minimum Requirements: Experience in dental practice management. Strong understanding of employment law and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
