Practice Manager Nottinghamshire

CRA Legal are working with a well-established and highly successfu legal practice with three offices across Nottinghamshire, looking for a suitable candidate to play the crucial role of Practice Manager to ensure the smooth running of their practice.

Key responsbilities within the role include:

  • Manage the financial aspects of the firm; including billing, financial reporting and working closely with the firms accountants
  • Manage human resources such as recruitment, performance evaluation, training and professional development
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships
  • Join the firm’s partners and annual strategy meetings to develop and implement strategic plans for the practice
  • Risk management
  • Marketing and business development

About you:

  • iit is likely you will have a proven track record of working in practice management within a professional services firm
  • Be able to travel between offices if required.
  • You will be an excellent communicator and comfortable dealing with a variety of people across the practice
