Leading to partnership, Qualified Accountancy Practice Manager
Hybrid (2 days office) - £65k to £70k near Ferndown
Carlton Young specialise in the recruitment of Accountancy & Finance professionals. We're searching for someone to take over the day-to-day management of an established accountancy practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity, especially for someone looking to progress; the Directors are keen for the person taking this role to become a partner as early as is practically possible.

Management Focus:
Overseeing operational processes and maintaining relationships with outsourced partners. Ensuring prompt and accurate review of documentation. Client Engagement:
Regular interaction/meetings with clients to foster relationships and grow the client portfolio. Have excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone / video calls. Compliance:
Ensuring all accounts comply with the latest regulations. Tech Skills:
Experience with the Digita Suite is essential. Partnership Potential:
