To ensure the effective and efficient management of the Practice. Provide day-to-day management of all staff within the Practice. Develop and maintain individual and team performance. Ensure the profitability and efficiency of the Practice, in line with NHS, partners and legislative guidelines. Provide general guidance to the partners on any NHS developments and legislative changes which may affect the general management of the Practice. Candidates must be conscientious, provide solid leadership and have a sound knowledge of general practice operational and clinical management, HR, GDPR, Finance and CQC. The candidate must be enthused by service improvement and delivery of key targets across all clinical and administrative areas within the practice. Previous management experience, leadership skills, competency in office IT and effective communication skills at all levels are essential. NHS management experience is considered an advantage. Working alongside the Partners and supported by an excellent strong administrative and clinical team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of this patient-centered practice. You will have the vision, willingness and drive to move the practice forward and adapt to NHS targets and changes within a profitable, effective and efficient working environment.
