Purpose of the Job: Reporting directly to our Business Operations Manager and working in support of one or more of our self-employed Partners, the role holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Partners' practice. The role is part of our Client Experience Team and will involve managing and coaching one other senior team member, as well as providing coaching and support to at least one more junior member of the team. A key part of the role is to work with the Partner to not only deliver the service proposition for their clients but also to help the Partner deliver against their targets. This is a client-focused role involving regular contact with clients by email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings. Responsibilities: Manage at least one senior member of the admin team, conducting regular appraisals, monitoring performance and development areas, and ensuring the effective and efficient running of the team and practice. Oversee revenue for Partners, ensuring fees are paid and collected when due, and working closely with the team to proactively push through open cases. Interface with the Client Experience Team, Paraplanners, and Clearview Operations Team to ensure effective delivery of the Foster Denovo Private Client Experience. Work alongside other practice managers and team leaders to review processes to enhance the client experience and identify efficiencies within the business. Address any issues raised in a prompt, polite, and professional manner. Identify client or business opportunities. Assist in the delivery of marketing projects, including large-scale events if necessary. Design and produce client and internal marketing collateral to brand guidelines. Manage practice MI, including business submitted, files completed compliantly, cases issued, and clients signed to Quantum/Select tracking trail payments when due. Key Skills and Personal Attributes: A positive, friendly service-oriented person with a “can do” attitude who is aware of the important role played by advisers and their staff in providing financial advice. Comfortable with having challenging conversations at all levels. An articulate communicator. Honesty, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Hardworking, able to work under pressure, and responsive to the need to deliver a high-quality support service. Attention to detail and high standards of work. Experienced in scheduling and diary management. Confident communicator with excellent written communication skills. A self-starter who is target-driven and motivated by results.
