Your future as a Dual Site Practice Manager A dual site role to manage two practices located on Welsh Row Nantwich & Crewe Road Haslington. They are 4 chair and 3 chair practices that offer a mix of NHS and Private work with a stable core support team. A great role for someone looking to develop in dentistry, with continued investment into the practices and huge potential for further private revenue growth. Your future, your role As a Practice Manager, you’ll be: Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets. Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship. Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators. Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions.
