Parkhill Dental Practice is a well-established, 5 surgery dental practice, with an excellent, fun, and dedicated team. The practice provides both private and NHS treatment options. We're looking for someone with a real leadership flair, enthusiasm, and passion to lead the Parkhill Dental team to further success. About the role Salary: £32,500 Full time Hours: 8.30am - 6pm, Mon - Fri Candidate must be based in the region and eligible to work in the UK. Job Role Requirements: Ensure the efficient day-to-day management of the practices. Clinical experience is essential. The person needs to demonstrate the following qualities: Great Leadership Reliable and trustworthy Self-motivated Initiative Representative of Riverdale Healthcare Ability to work to deadlines Time management Remote management People: Encourage, motivate, and support staff Create a friendly and professional working environment Organise minor disciplinary and grievance arrangements Keep and monitor staff records, particularly regarding sickness absence and annual leave Run a Rota system Hold regular practice meetings Utilise monthly and yearly check-ins with your team Ensure clear communication with your team Recruit new team members Administration: Oversee the running of reception Ensure practice administration is completed punctually and accurately Ensure compliance with H&S procedures, NHS rules, and CQC regulations Responsible for Practice Diary Production of reports Financial Accountability Recovery of bad debts Check Post Collate invoice information Daily Housekeeping of appointment book Organise the recall system for all patients Collate information for schedule deductions Ensure the operation of the practice complaints procedure Deal with patient queries that cannot be addressed by other team members Ensure patient records are processed in line with GDPR regulations Work at other practice locations as required For further information about the role, please email.
