Midsomer Norton, Somerset . We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and passionate individual to lead our team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our practice during a temporary period.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the veterinary team, including veterinarians, nurses, and support staff.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, health and safety legislation, regulatory and practice standards.
Develop and implement practice policies and procedures.
Handle non-clinical client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Manage practice finances, including debt control.
Plan and coordinate marketing, promotions and monitor results.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in veterinary practice or candidates with experience in management from outside the industry will be considered.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn computer software such as Practice Management System (Teleos), third party client communications.
