Peterborough . 35 hours per week available (we can be flexible on days and shifts Monday – Friday) The Smile Boutique in Peterborough offers a full range of dental treatments all under one roof. Our expertise lies within smile design and cosmetic dentistry, but we also offer general dentistry treatments to an exceptionally high standard. So, no matter what your dental needs may be, we are on hand with the best quality treatments to provide you with long-lasting, satisfying results. About you We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered. Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach What do you get in return?
