Practice Manager
to join a thriving veterinary clinic in Peterborough. If you’re ready to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our practice while delivering exceptional care to our clients and their pets, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities : Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and high standards of care Manage and lead a team of veterinary professionals, including training, scheduling, and performance management Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure a welcoming and supportive environment Handle financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and stock control Develop and implement processes that improve the overall client and patient experience Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety standards Requirements : Proven experience in veterinary practice management or a similar leadership role within the veterinary field Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills A passion for animal welfare and client care If you would like more information on this role, give
