Full-time, Monday to Friday Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dual Site Manager to oversee the operations of two dental practices in Bracknell and Wokingham. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving team performance, ensuring exceptional patient care, and maintaining compliance with CQC standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of both sites, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent service delivery. Lead and support teams across both practices, promoting a collaborative and efficient working environment. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance and patient satisfaction. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to achieve financial and operational goals. Handle staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Act as a key point of contact for patients, addressing queries and concerns professionally. Requirements: Proven managerial experience, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting. In-depth knowledge of CQC compliance and regulations. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across two sites. Computer literate with experience in dental practice management software (SOE/Dentally or equivalent preferred). Benefits: Competitive salary of around 40,000 per annum.
