30-min appointments for Long-Term Conditions (LTCs)
Mandatory Requirements:
Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN)

Immunisations History
NHS smartcard (desirable)
Training Updates and CPD:
Cytology Updates
Childhood Immunizations Updates
Vaccination Updates
