Chase Medical are recruiting for a small, close-knit GP surgery located in a historical village outside of Aylesbury. The position is for 1 day per week, ideally on a Wednesday, and may have a view to pick up further hours or progression, should the successful candidate be open to this. You'll be joining a welcoming and friendly team consisting of an ANP, a Practice Nurse, and 2 HCAs who look after a small patient pool of less than 5000. The surgery is managed by hands-on management who encourage progression within their clinical team, and approachable, encouraging GPs. The staff are all long-standing and enjoy being part of the wider community that surrounds their friendly surgery. Benefits of this role include:
Set working hours between 9am - 6:30pm on a Wednesday, with the view for increased hours or overtime. A salary in the region of £21 - £23 per hour dependent on experience (can be negotiable). A friendly team with plenty of support and shared workloads. 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata). NHS pension payments covered. Easily accessible and good transport links (off the A road).
