About the Role: We are currently seeking an
experienced and motivated Practice Nurse
for a
locum position , with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate but isn't essential. This position offers
flexibility
with up to full-time hours and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a thriving
NHS practice . The role requires cover Monday to Friday until the end of December, with a view to extending the contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in
Primary Care , excellent clinical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and the multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities will include administering treatments, carrying out health assessments, chronic disease management, and other essential Practice Nurse duties.

with the
Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
as a
Registered Nurse Have a
good working knowledge
of
SystmOne (S1)
clinical system Possess
excellent communication skills Have experience in
Primary Care
About the Practice: Medical Practice
is a thriving
NHS Practice

13,200 patients . The practice operates from a
purpose-built surgery . As a
training practice , it provides training for
GP Registrars, FY2 Doctors, Medical Students, and Student Nurses .
