Job Title: Diabetes Specialist Nurse Location: Weybridge Job Type: Permanent Salary: Band 7 (Negotiable, based on experience) A welcoming practice located near Weybridge is looking for a permanent Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join their dedicated team. They're on the lookout for a friendly and enthusiastic nurse with expertise in diabetes management. You'll be part of a team that includes 5 GPs, including Partners, along with supportive clinical and non-clinical staff who will help you as you settle into your new role. While the surgery has limited parking, there are plenty of parking options available in the nearby residential area. They utilize the Emis Web system, but don't worry if you're not familiar with it; training will be provided. The ideal candidate should have experience in diabetes management, cytology, baby and travel immunizations, flu vaccinations, wound dressing, and conducting reviews for long-term conditions.
