Job Responsibilities Greenlands Surgery is looking for a Practice Nurse to help care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to provide the best nursing care with little supervision.

You should be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patients' well-being by providing high-quality nursing care.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients' conditions, assessing their needs, and providing the best possible care and advice. You will observe and interpret patients' symptoms and communicate them to the GPs, collaborating with them to devise individualized care plans.

Perform routine procedures such as immunizations, smears, diabetic checks, COPD and asthma reviews, etc.

Person Specification Qualifications

Qualified and Registered Nurse in the UK with the Nursing and Midwifery Council

Experience in specific areas, such as:

Chronic disease management

Child immunizations

Cervical screenings

Taking blood samples

Health promotion

Working with patients with long-term conditions
