Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of nursing duties, such as wound care, immunizations, and health screenings. Assess patients, develop care plans, and deliver individualized care. Collaborate effectively with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care. Support health promotion initiatives and educate patients about managing their health. Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience: RGN with an active NMC pin. Experience in a primary care or community setting is advantageous. Proficient in administering child and adult immunizations and performing cervical smear tests. Knowledge of chronic disease management is beneficial. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Skilled in using electronic patient management systems.
