PART-TIME PRACTICE NURSE
We are a three partner, high achieving practice committed to delivering excellent care to just under 4000 patients. We are looking to recruit a part-time Practice Nurse.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE
Wound dressings Blood pressure monitoring Performing ECG Vaccinations (flu/travel/baby) Baby Clinic (Thursdays 13:30-15:30) Foreign Travel Advice Chronic Disease Management Health Promotion Taking cervical smears preferred but not essential IT skills
Nursing Hours
16 hours a week Thursday 08:30 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 17:30 (includes baby clinic) Friday 08:30 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 17:30 Potential for flexible hours and additional hours also available to cover annual leave.
Annual Leave
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Probationary Period
Six months
We are seeking a qualified Nurse who is enthusiastic, approachable, compassionate, organised, and confident. Providing general nursing support to the GP's and Nurses at the Practice. Experience of Chronic management would be desirable. Please send CVs to
