Key Responsibilities:
Provide general nursing services to patients, including health screenings, immunizations, and chronic disease management. Assist with minor injuries and perform basic wound care. Offer advice on healthy lifestyle choices and preventative care. Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in patient education and support for long-term conditions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin. Previous experience in primary care or a similar healthcare setting is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
