Responsibilities

Provide education and support to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with practice policies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Participate in practice meetings and contribute to the development of nursing protocols.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse with valid nursing qualifications and current registration with the relevant nursing body.

Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
