We are a practice of 3 partners and one salaried GP, with two Practice Nurses and one Practice Manager. Attached to our surgery are the Chronic Conditions Nurse, Cluster Pharmacist, Midwife, and Health Visitor. Job Responsibilities

Blood pressure monitoring Performing ECG Baby Clinic (Thursdays 13:30-15:30) Chronic Disease Management Health Promotion Taking cervical smears preferred but not essential Nursing Hours
16 hours a week: Thursday: 08:30-12:30 and 13:30-17:30 (includes baby clinic) Friday: 08:30-12:30 and 13:30-17:30 Potential for flexible hours and additional hours also available to cover annual leave. 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Probationary Period
We are seeking a qualified Nurse who is enthusiastic, approachable, compassionate, organised, and confident. Providing general nursing support to the GPs and Nurses at the Practice. Experience in Chronic management would be desirable. Please send CVs to
