Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care and a thorough understanding of human anatomy. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to best practices and safety protocols. Main duties of the job

Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and symptoms. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills. Person Specification

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients. Nursing: 1 year (preferred) Disclosure and Barring Service Check
