Senior Accountant

Full-time, Permanent / Part-time, Permanent Salary:
£30,000 to £40,000
About: Are you an experienced Senior Accountant within practice and are looking for your next move? Would you like to work within a small, friendly and supportive team and enjoy the benefits of a larger business? You need to be a strong team player and happy to be based in the office Monday to Friday. There is a salary of up to £40,000 pro rata.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience. Must be one of either AAT, ICAEW, ACCA, CTA qualified. Experience of bookkeeping platforms to include Xero, SAGE, and FreeAgent. TaxCalc experience is a preference, but training will be given. The Role: Statutory accounts FRS105 & FRS102 1A. Corporation Tax. Personal Tax. Management accounts. VAT returns. Strong Excel skills. Assisting client manager with delivery of statutory accounts, MI, and tax returns. Ad-hoc bookkeeping duties. Working directly with client managers. Good working understanding of VAT.
