Full-Time, Shift Work (2-3 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays) Paid Sleep-In Shifts About the Role: We are looking for a caring and dedicated Residential Practitioner to join our team in Harrogate. to help you keep your skills and qualifications up to date Supportive work environment : Join a positive and caring team Flexible hours : 2-3 shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays Key Responsibilities: Provide care and support for children and young people in a residential setting Assist with daily routines, activities, and emotional support Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of each child Maintain accurate records and follow company policies Work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and paid sleep-ins as part of a rota What We’re Looking For: Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People Workforce
(or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards it Full UK Driving Licence
(manual preferred) Willingness to undergo a
DBS check
and maintain an up-to-date DBS Flexibility and reliability, with a passion for working with children Commitment to completing all required training Why Work With Us?
