Full-Time, Shift Work (2-3 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays) Paid Sleep-In Shifts About the Role: We are looking for a caring and dedicated Residential Practitioner to join our team in Harrogate. In this rewarding role, you’ll support children and young people in a residential care home. There are excellent opportunities for career progression and salary increases as you develop in the role. to help you keep your skills and qualifications up to date Supportive work environment : Join a positive and caring team Flexible hours : 2-3 shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays Key Responsibilities: Provide care and support for children and young people in a residential setting Assist with daily routines, activities, and emotional support Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of each child Maintain accurate records and follow company policies Work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and paid sleep-ins as part of a rota What We’re Looking For: Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People Workforce

(or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards it Full UK Driving Licence

(manual preferred) Willingness to undergo a

DBS check

and maintain an up-to-date DBS Flexibility and reliability, with a passion for working with children Commitment to completing all required training Why Work With Us?
