Coleraine Older People Service provides support to individuals living with dementia, within their own home. The overall aim of our service is to promote greater independence by enhancing life skills in areas such as problem-solving, budgeting, and home management. We encourage individuals to engage with the local community as well as other support services to lead as active and fulfilled a life as possible.
