Support Worker (Temporary up to 12 weeks) What It Takes:
An important part of the staff role is to support the needs of individuals through the ethos and values of Praxis Care. The ability to be resilient, communicate effectively, and utilize a variety of communication tools is essential. Our dedicated staff team supports our individuals to learn and develop their skills to aid in their independence. Each staff member has something to bring to the role, and we encourage staff to use their humour, sense of fun, and creativity in supporting our individuals with day-to-day life. Where You Would Work:
Coleraine Mental Health Service is a mental health service for adults located in Coleraine and Ballymoney. We provide support for up to 2 years for individuals who have experienced mental ill health or mental health issues and who reside within their own property and require housing-related support. Staff are available from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and the service can offer support for up to 29 individuals. Why Praxis Care:

Support Worker 19.5 Hours Per Week *£24,133 per annum *Salary based on 39 hours per week. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies. Tell Me More!
