PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - HERTS/ESSEX - BID TEAM
A very well established main contractor is currently seeking an experienced Pre-Construction / Bid Manager to join their team. The role is a new position within the business and can be based at either their Stansted or Colchester office. The role will oversee the bid team of 3, reporting into the Preconstruction Director, and will work on main contracting projects up to £10m. There is genuine progression into a Director role.

Reporting into the Preconstruction Director, heading up a small bid team, and working alongside the Estimating department. Benefits:
