This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Construction Manager. You will be responsible for tasks such as construction estimating, cost management, design management, proposal writing, and budgeting to ensure successful project planning and execution.
Responsibilities
Research DPS & Frameworks that would be of appeal Review Barbour ABI for potential opportunities Build relationships with EA's, Architects and Public Sector Clients Chair Business Development Bi-Weekly Meetings with Directors present Maintain enquiries received and tenders submitted at £15m a month Manage Estimators, Contracts Manager & Bid Writer for tender processes Oversee marketing consultants to put together marketing material as required for mail drops Build on existing relationships with both public and private sector clients
Requirements
Construction Estimating, Cost Management, and Budgeting skills Design Management and Proposal Writing experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Knowledge of building regulations and construction processes Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
