My client is the UK's leading residential developer and they are in search of a permanent Pre Construction Manager to work on the pre-development for two new developments.
The role will involve working in a pre-development capacity across two jobs until one of them starts on site. Once they start on site, you can continue within the pre-con role for more projects or follow the project onto site. The developments consist of 50+ units and the second one 500+ units.
Experience within a pre-construction role is desired along with industry-related qualifications.
