Pre-construction Manager
I am recruiting for a Pre-construction Manager to join a client of mine in Hampshire, they are a main contractor who specialise in prime residential and commercial projects. The company are rapidly expanding and have some extremely high-end projects coming up.

Role and responsibilities:
Overseeing the pre-construction team
Reporting into the Commercial Director
Organize, oversee, and facilitate pre-bid and bid meetings.
Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live
Facilitate post-bid and scope evaluation meetings.
Requirements:
Experience working for a main contractor
Experience on Prime residential or ultra-residential projects
Construction background as a Pre-construction Manager
Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
Salary and benefits:
Salary up to 80,000
Company car or car allowance
