We’re working exclusively with a fantastic MEP company in the North West to find a Pre-Construction Manager for their growing team. Our client delivers exceptional sustainable projects ranging from £8M to £30M in MEP value and are looking for someone with a strong background in Building Services, either mechanical or electrical, to help shape the next chapter of their success.
The Job:
In this role, you’ll lead the pre-construction process, ensuring projects are ready to hit the ground running. You’ll be responsible for managing technical compliance, adhering to regulations such as the Building Safety Act, Golden Thread principles, and BS9991, and overseeing designs from RIBA Stages 3 to 5.
The company’s project portfolio includes high-rises, office developments, and design and build (D&B) contracts, offering variety and complexity in equal measure. You’ll need a confident and proactive approach to work, comfortable engaging with Directors, Project Leads, and design consultants. Crucially, you’ll have the ability to interrogate designs, ensuring they’re fully compliant and ready for the delivery team to take forward.
