We are currently recruiting for a Pre-Litigation Fee Earner who will be based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
The purpose of the role is to handle claims from inception through to either the issue of court proceedings or the pre-issue settlement.
As a pre-litigation fee earner your primary goal is to ensure that each file is dealt with as quickly as possible. This can either be by settlement following negotiation with the Motor Insurance Bureau, their nominated solicitors and/or the foreign handling agents or via the issue of court proceedings.

Responsibilities to include:
Managing your own case load of pre-litigated cases. Responsible for files until the claim is passed through to the issue department or settled in its entirety pre-issue. You will be submitting claims to the Motor Insurance Bureau and liaising with the Motor Insurance Bureau, their nominated solicitors/foreign handling agents. Experience in claims involving Uninsured Drivers/foreign claims. Dealing with complex cases. Dealing with fast and multitrack cases. About You:
Target driven whilst maintaining exceptional client care. Confident when working to targets. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Excellent knowledge of the MIB. Ability to provide a high level of client care. Ability to work efficiently and effectively, as part of a team and using one’s own initiative. Company Values:
