Key Responsibilities:
Prepare all jobs for print production, ensuring they meet quality standards. Identify and resolve artwork issues, communicating with clients as needed. Maintain quality control throughout the shift. Keep the work area clean and organized. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. Handle other assigned duties with flexibility and efficiency. Skills and Attributes Required:
Strong knowledge of print processes and an ability to identify technical issues. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Effective problem-solving skills and self-motivation to work with minimal supervision. Good communication skills and organizational abilities. Commitment to maintaining high standards and a safe working environment. Who You’ll Work With:
Collaborate closely with Printers, Print Staff, Supervisors, Sales Teams, and Production Planning to ensure seamless operations. What We’re Looking For:
