The Role Hadean is looking to recruit a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the value of our products, develop customer-centric solutions, and assist in the successful acquisition of new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and objectives. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to help customers understand how our solutions can address their challenges. Conduct product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients, whilst showcasing features, functionality, and benefits of our products. Design, develop, and execute proof of concept projects and demonstrations to validate the effectiveness of our solutions in real-world scenarios. Assist with technical enquiries, product evaluations, and proposal development. Work closely with both the product and innovation teams, supplying market feedback to guide the development of the product roadmap. Skills Knowledge and Expertise Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives. Can effectively work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Ability to identify and solve technical challenges that may arise during the pre-sales process. Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements and sales activities. Experience in one or more of the following programming languages, and/or a desire to develop these skills:

JavaScript C/C++ Python

Able to demonstrate experience and understanding of distributed and/or federated systems, particularly simulation systems. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scoping, scheduling, and resource allocation. Working location Regular travel to our London-based office and customer sites both in the UK and potentially abroad.
