TERM TIME POSITION FOR A QUALIFIED EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER
Be part of our brilliant team with a good work-life balance. Qualified early years practitioner Level 2/3 with a minimum of 2 years experience essential. Some but not necessarily essential experience in Senco. Hours to be discussed. Salary - competitive. Excellent professional development opportunities. We are a small preschool offering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where children are encouraged to achieve their full potential in all areas of development indoors and outdoors. The successful candidate will be:
Enthusiastic and motivated. Have high standards. Care for children between 20 months and 5 years. Be a key person to a small group of children ensuring they have secure emotional attachments. Have a solid working knowledge of the EYFS. Implement and follow policies and procedures. Have excellent communication skills to build relationships with children, staff, and parents. Plan and prioritize fun learning activities in line with next steps and developmental goals of individual children. Complete written reports to share with parents.
