They are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to work alongside the Preconstruction Director. They are specifically looking for a Preconstruction Manager to oversee management of the precon team in Bids and Tenders (enabling the Precon Director to focus primarily on Pricing and Estimates). Responsibilities for the role will include: the development of bid-winning strategies and bid writing plans for quality led bids. Providing the Precon Director with identification and sourcing of leads, generating high quality tender opportunities. Development of project plans, including scope, budget estimates, and schedules. Preparing and presenting reports, highlighting key milestones and progress updates, to the Pre- Construction Director and clients,. Maintaining accurate records of all preconstruction activities for future reference and audits. The ideal candidate must have a steady career history within the UK construction industry.
