We are a startup focused on developing a mobile analytics platform that provides a comprehensive set of metrics for user acquisition (UA), marketing, growth, product, and C-Level insights. Our platform’s core focus is forecasting key metrics such as lifetime value (LTV) and return on investment (ROI) by using mathematical models for predictions. To support this development, we are seeking a talented Data Analyst with Developer Skills to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement data models to predict revenue of mobile applications with subscriptions monetization (mobile, Web-to-web).
Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Airflow to ensure smooth data ingestion and transformation.
Collaborate with Product Owner and Customers to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Build and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau to provide users with intuitive access to key metrics and performance indicators.
Work closely with the development team to optimize data workflows and enhance data quality and integrity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to subscription monetization, SKAN (SKAdNetwork), purchase/in-app monetization, Web-to-app, and Web-to-web (Stripe, Paypal, Braintree).
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations on data-driven strategies to improve our product and overall business performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
2+ years of commercial experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, manipulation, and scripting.
Experience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with workflow management tools like Airflow for scheduling and monitoring data pipelines.
Ability to read, understand, and modify complex code, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the data pipeline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Good communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A self-driven individual who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience with subscription monetization models and an understanding of SKAN (SKAdNetwork) for mobile attribution.
Knowledge of purchase/in-app monetization strategies and best practices.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms, including data integration and analysis.
Prior experience with Appsflyer, Adjust, or other MMPs from the analytics side.
Domain knowledge of the mobile app industry and understanding of key metrics and challenges faced by app publishers.
