Our premier customers represent our largest revenue under management segment so is the opportunity for the right individual to be hugely successful as they continue growth of this area. Hard work and accountability to the development of the territory will be key, whilst being self-aware and taking onboard feedback. What you’ll do Put the customer first by reinforcing the value that SAP Concur has and continues to deliver. Find new ways to optimise and maximise the value we can provide. Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding the Company’s annual revenue quota within an assigned territory. Develop sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and leveraging relationships. Report to the Regional Sales Director. Achieve sales objectives primarily Upsell & Cross selling new solutions to existing customers. Manage your sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close. Collaborate with the pre-sales team when technical or product support is required. Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Concur’s products and services. Document daily sales activities in Salesforce, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline, and communicate activities to sales management. Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to the position. Use effective time and territory management to maximise results. Be an active team player within sales and throughout Concur. Respond to RFPs/RFIs, coordinating and organising input from multiple sources within Concur. Provide feedback to internal cross-functional teams with regards to product, selling and competitive matters. Align with cross-functional teams including marketing, business development, customer success, etc. Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies. What you bring Action-oriented mentality to tackle new challenges that require applying your own initiative. Proven ability to consistently generate revenue and exceed quota by identifying, qualifying and closing new business. Demonstrate skills to develop and maintain effective business, sales and marketing plans. A successful sales process proven to generate revenue. Aptitude to accurately forecast revenue monthly, quarterly and annually. Capability to create sales presentations, value statements and required sales collateral. Demonstrate ability to successfully negotiate contracts. Ability and commitment to provide clear communication with prospects to progress opportunities. Demonstrate ability to successfully resolve situations that are broadly defined, complex and diverse. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Flexibility in work schedule is required. Various means of travel may be required, which may include air travel.
