Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

This is full time and permanent position and working with an established service for adults who require nursing care and rehabilitation programs because of their long-term neurological conditions including acquired brain injury. Hours:
42 per week Shifts:
Day contracts or night contracts available- working on a 2-week rolling rota The role: Medication management Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes Deliver prescribed care to a defined group of patients that reflect their individual needs Contribute to a team approach to patient care in conjunction with all members of the Care team Criteria for the role: RGN/ RMN Qualified with a valid NMC PIN Patient-centric with a commitment to delivering high-quality care Able to work on a shift rota to include day and night shifts Good decision-making skills Excellent communication skills Benefits: Enhanced sick pay 33 days annual leave pro rata Enhanced maternity package Free on-site parking Free meals whilst on duty Company pension Free Employee Assistance Programme If interested please apply or contact Tom Kurczab at Premier Recruitment Group.
