We are seeking a Premises manager to work in a SEND Primary School based in Purley. The role is full time, all year round and starting in the new year. The school are looking for somebody to manage the premises and drive the school minibus. Keep reading to see more detail. Key Responsibilities for the Premises Manager: Ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of school buildings and grounds. Performing and overseeing general maintenance and repairs. Supporting with setting up facilities for school events. Managing deliveries and school resources. Conducting routine health and safety checks. Requirements for the Premises Manager: Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role in a School. Must have a minibus driver s license to drive the students to swimming lessons. A proactive and flexible approach to work. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Willingness to undertake a DBS check.
