Event Set up and Management
Assisting the Premium Seating Ticketing team for on-sale event set-up including
preparation of set-up sheets, liaising with Event Ticketing managers concerning allocations, collation and distribution of event information to the Premium Seating team, checking purchase flows, pricing etc., and working with AXS to ensure smooth event sales.
Inventory and Customer Care
Manage premium ticket inventory efficiently Monitor Encore offers and premium products across all platforms Handle ticket requests and resolutions for Encore clients Support premium account managers with client needs Work with partners to deliver effective solutions Event Day Excellence
Onsite support for event days/late evenings (inclusive of weekends/Bank Holidays) including ticket resolution, scan testing, inventory management, liaising with Event Ticketing Managers and AXS client services to ensure general smooth operational running of the event. What we're looking for:
Experience of working in a busy customer-facing environment Must have solid working knowledge of Excel specifically and other Microsoft Office programs A real desire to progress within the live events industry Strong attention to detail, high levels of accuracy, and strong reporting skills Ability to thrive in a busy and high-pressured environment maintaining patience and empathy even when working under pressure This is an excellent opportunity to play a crucial role in one of the world's best venues.
