£45,000 - £55,000 + bonus Overview: This role is ideal for a Senior Support Engineer or Consultant looking to advance their career into Solution Architecture. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for professional development. Throughout your journey, you will receive consistent support from your mentor and the presales team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Skills: CCNA, JNCIA, NSC1 Broad networking experience Designing and working closely with customers Good knowledge of connectivity (LAN/WAN) Great attention to detail Cyber experience (desirable) Full UK driving license Responsibilities: Work closely with customers to exceed their needs Gather client requirements and provide detailed presentations Support internal and external projects on a day-to-day basis Act as a point of contact for customers, assisting with demos and calls Support the sales and bid teams with customer proposals Create bills-of-materials for vendors to submit and quote on To Apply:
