About the Role:

As part of our Client Reporting Team, you will:

  • Create and Enhance Presentations: Develop high-quality investment and sales presentations tailored to institutional and wholesale clients, ensuring engaging design and targeted content.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Sales and Fund Managers to refine materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance for a diverse client base.
  • Streamline Processes: Support the build out and management of content libraries, slide repositories, and sales enablement tools for efficient work flow and enhanced output.
  • Customise Client Updates: Prepare detailed presentations including performance metrics, attributions, positions, and other bespoke data.

About You
We are looking for a dynamic individual with:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and PowerApps) and experience with content management tools.
  • Creative Flair: Ability to produce compelling on-screen and printed presentations, incorporating animations and impactful design.
  • Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail and ability to peer-check for accuracy.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with data, fund documentation, and regulatory environments in asset management.
  • Communication Skills: Confidence to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with slide libraries (e.g., Seismic, Upslide, or RightSlide).
  • Knowledge of factsheets, client reports, and wholesale/institutional markets.
  • Data manipulation skills
