We are currently recruiting for experienced Press Brake Setter/Operators using Amada machines in Chard to start as soon as possible. Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right person.
Shift:
Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday 08:00 to 14:00
Pay:
From GBP13 to GBP16 per hour - depending on experience
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Ability to set machine in the most effective way.
Skilled machine operator with LVD experience or similar.
Knowledge of machine tooling.
Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Selection and setting of tools for parts to be produced.
Run first off part from program and carry out first off inspection.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested.
