Key Responsibilities:
Set and operate Press Brake Machines, ensuring precision and accuracy Perform regular quality checks on parts to ensure compliance with specifications Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to health and safety standards Read and interpret engineering drawings to produce high-quality products Utilize measuring equipment to ensure parts are within required tolerances Follow internal lean manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency Collaborate with the team to meet production goals
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years' experience operating Press Brake Machines, particularly CNC models A solid understanding of engineering drawings and the ability to work from them Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Experience using measuring equipment for quality control A proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is advantageous If you have experience setting press brake machines, please feel free to get in touch and we'll discuss the job opportunity.
