This hands-on, varied role ensures that no two days will be the same, allowing for both personal and professional growth. You will operate a large industrial iso-static press to produce high-quality ceramics, manage heavy tooling and equipment, and collaborate with our engineering team to enhance tooling and moulds. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Operate & maintain a large industrial iso-static press to produce high-quality ceramics. Accurately mix materials to ensure consistency and quality in production. Collaborate with our engineering team to enhance tooling and moulds. Manage heavy tooling and equipment, necessitating physical fitness and strength. Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively, applying practical problem-solving skills. Follow instructions accurately, and record data to support production trials for the growth of the business. About You: The ideal candidate will be a motivated and independent individual who is detail-oriented, physically fit, and a strong team player. While experience in operating machinery or working in manufacturing is a bonus, we are willing to train the right candidate. A desire to meet production targets, an eagerness to learn and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential traits we value.
